To celebrate the Grand Opening of REI Burbank,  REI & National Experiential partnered to create a recreational weekend that spoke to local outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts & potential REI customers. National Experiential facilitated an exciting recreational weekend equipped with complimentary bicycle repairs out of the custom National Experiential Bike Repair Van, guided kayak tours and yoga taught by certified instructors. All activities took place at the Frog Spot & Marsh Park, two highly trafficked areas transformed by Friends of the LA River.  National Experiential deployed a team of skilled field managers and event designers to create a weekend that was both fun and beneficial to the health of hundreds of potential clients & the REI brand.

The weekend long activation yielded hundreds of interactions and unique impressions among locals. National Experiential was able to amplify one-of-a kind experiences, get participants hands-on with sun and sweat, and made indelible impressions, forging a unique and lasting bond with the love of adventure & the outdoors but also the REI brand.
