Invesco QQQ
Custom Immersive Experience + Interactive LED Environment

Phoenix, AZ & Cleveland, OH | NCAA Final Four

Objective: Investco QQQ wanted to show up during Final Four weekend in a way that went beyond sponsorship. The goal was to move from passive visibility to active participation by putting fans inside the intensity of the game itself.

Challenge: Final Four fan events are crowded with brand presence. Most activations compete for attention but struggle to hold it. Creating something that could cut through meant building an experience that didn’t just attract a line, but kept people engaged once they stepped inside.

The experience also needed to deliver consistently across two markets while matching the pace and energy of one of the biggest weekends in sports.

Solution: We built a fully immersive, arena-style environment designed to simulate the pressure of championship basketball.

Interactive LED walls surrounded participants, turning the space into a responsive system that reacted in real time. AI-powered gameplay scenarios, inspired by iconic NCAA moments, allowed fans to step into high-pressure situations instead of watching them from the sidelines.

Each participant became part of the experience. Their name was called, performance was tracked, and every action triggered a visible response across the environment.

Physical build, content, and interaction were developed together so the experience felt continuous from entry to exit. The result was not a single moment, but something people could engage with, repeat, and share.

Impact: The result was a high-energy environment that consistently drew and held a crowd. Fans didn’t just pass through. They lined up, stepped in, and stayed longer than expected.
Many ran back multiple times, pulling friends and groups into the experience with them.

Across both markets, the activation became a central point of activity during Final Four weekend. The space stayed active, loud, and full, with constant turnover and repeat participation.

By putting fans inside the pressure of the game, Invesco QQQ created a moment people didn’t just watch. They felt it, reacted to it, and came back for it.

When an experience responds in real time, people don’t just pass through it.  They stay.

If you're building for moments where attention is already high, the focus shifts to holding it.  Let’s talk.
